Pagoda Restaurant in White Bear Lake

Somewhat over priced for very standard chinese food. Paid $30 for two entrees and one egg roll side. I did not see any combination specials, this basically forces you to pay an extra $3.50-8 for a side that you are craving. I would rather go somewhere that includes an egg roll with the entree as I see it very standard at other restaurants. Food was decent

When I lived in WBL we would order from here all the time, food is good and they are always friendly.

It's a small Asian restaurant that has quick service and quality food. There isn't much parking but I think most folks mostly do carry out here. They've been here since at least 1991 so that must say something about the establishment. Meaning, they have a good reputation. I've only been here once but will definitely be back soon.

Came for lunch while killing time. Awesome food, im very very picky when it comes to chinese food. Service was great, and they DID have good lunch specials. Definitely will come back when im in the area.

This has been my favorite spot to have Asian food hands down for many years. The food is always hot and fresh with great service!

The woman working at the front today 7/24 was EXTREMELY rude!!! Would never order from here again! She was awful!

My family and I eat spicy Indian/Sri-Lankan a lot but when we want a change we order from Pagoda. We have never been disappointed and the food is delicious. We think they are priced just right and the food amount is appropriate. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly.

I ordered the house fried rice and house lo mein, ate at 6pm and my 9 pm I became sick. Throwing up and constant trips to the bathroom. It’s been 48 hours and still having this issue. Can’t keep anything down, now my son has the same problem. Another thing that was wired, I refrigerated the left overs and by Saturday morning, it was rotten. I’ve ordered from this place and never had this issue. It’s painful watching my son go through the same thing I’m going through. Will not be ordering again. The food was even salty.

Best Chinese food I've ever had the portions are large the food is served hot and fresh and crisp you will not find a better value anywhere.

Had lunch with my mom. She loves there hot and sour soup. Great place for lunch when in the WBL area.

I love this place so much. The owners are fantastic people. Their cream cheese puffs are the best I've ever had.

Service has always been professional, but not necessarily friendly. Just kind of an "all business" approach. Not exactly a bad thing really, just how they are. The food has always been fine for me and my family. Never had any issues with ingredients like in other reviews. My only knock is that their food tastes like any other affordable Chinese restaurant out there. A little more effort in the kitchen could bump them up. Good variety though.

Decent pricing. Super fast for carry out order. The sweet and sour chicken was delicious as was the beef lo mien. Cream cheese puffs were my favorite. Oh and the fortune cookies were not offensive in any way. Not that the restaurant chooses or prints the fortune paper inside.

I had ordered a beat tomato and green pepper and there were seven eights vegetables and 1/8 of meat it’s like there was no meat

I love love love this place!! The BEST fried rice that I have ever tasted. Every time I get fried rice any where else, it is always a disappointment in comparison to Pagoda's. Very fast when ordering take out. Always friendly!

Great take-out, a bit heavy on the veggies on some of the dishes.

Certainly a place worth stopping by, the food is good and well prepared, the costs are convenient and it is consistently neat there. Keep up the good work.

First time. I would have ordered first but silly Pagoda doesn't have a website. What? Get one! Can only bring in more business. At least a Facebook page with your menu and phone #.Was well worth the wait. Food was excellent!!Shrimp, egg rolls, cream cheese wontons, chicken sub gum chow main. Will return ASAP

Cheap fast, and always a favorite for the family

Just got done eating the Chow Mein with some cream cheese won-tons, and it was the best food I have ever had. Price is amazing for the food you get and Ying Hao Wang (owner) is a really nice person.

Our office is near by so we eat there often. The food is always great, and the service is very friendly and speedy. The restaurant is always a clean and pleasant atmosphere. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We came to this place for dinner. my friend recommended this restaurant. Well, we were not disappointed. we were warmly welcomed by the crew and we had a great feeling. The meal was great. We loved this place very much and we shall absolutely come back again. Warmly recommended.

Then do a lot of Chinese places. This is one of the best by far. Really good quality foods and no MSG.

Best Chinese food at great prices, amazing service

Going here was a pretty good experience. While the customer service gave off strange vibes, the good and plentiful food more than made up for it. A downside I'd say is that when I ordered the spiciest food available, we were given something that was not spicy at all.

FR, EFY and CM were okay but not "good". SALTY! I was drinking water all afternoon.Service was fine. A little slow but not outrageous.

We've eaten here many times over the years since we moved here almost thirty years ago, sometimes months or even years between visits, and I can't recall a single time we've been disappointed. Their prices are very fair and the portions aren't skimped on like some others do.They do a great job of blending spices, and they don't use too much salt either. Everything we've had has always been good, and the owners and staff are really nice people on top of all the other good things I've said.Highly recommended.

My favorite place to stop for orange chicken and rice. Absolutely perfect cream cheese wontons!! Definitely a must go if you haven't been here.

Nice local Chinese inspired restaurant noted for their take-out, but there are a few tables for dining in...large menu selection...acceptable pricing...friendly employees...food always hot & fresh...in a small strip mall, so there's ample parking...a long time family favorite.

This was much better than I expected. You won’t notice it if you pass by but their food is great. Service is excellent as well! I’d highly recommend this nice little spot to anyone in the area.

Terrible customer service, no great deals for the mediocre food. Costly, used to be an all you can eat crab buffet, no longer.

The food was exactly what I wanted and the prices were very reasonable. Overall the whole experience was enjoyable, until I got to the fortune cookie. My mother and I both found our fortunes to be quite selfrighteous and judgemental. Would be 5 stars otherwise
